Brent and Erica Rodney founded Zingo's Cove in  July 2025, setting sail on a vision 30 years in the making...

"Zingo" started as the nickname for our youngest of 4 children in the earliest detectable weeks of a high risk pregnancy. "Zingo's" became the flag our little family would fly under from then on, and Zingo's Cove's earliest iteration was simply a  kitchen counter in a North Carolina beach house where family and friends could check in on social media during an annual reunion.

Today, we are thrilled to invite you to find Zingo's Cove and be instantly transported to a Caribbean roadside  meal, whether as a 15-minute break from your day or a longer escape with friends and family. Find your vibe, and let us feed it!
