1. Business Information

Zingo’s Cove is a Caribbean-inspired mobile food trailer operating in Denton County, Texas, and surrounding areas.

2. Website Use

• Our website is provided for informational and commercial purposes only.

• You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its functionality.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website features at any time.

3. Online Ordering

These terms apply to all online orders placed through our website or third-party platforms, including Toast.

Order Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for reviewing orders before submission.

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted.

Pickup & Timing

• Pickup times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Orders not picked up promptly may be discarded for food safety reasons, with no refund.

4. Payments & Processing

• Full payment is required at the time of order.

• Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Toast.

• Zingo’s Cove does not store full credit or debit card information.

• All applicable taxes, service fees, or platform fees will be applied at checkout.

5. Refunds & Disputes

• All food sales are final.

• Refunds or credits are issued only for verified preparation errors.

• Approved refunds for online orders will be processed through the original payment platform.

• Chargebacks or disputes must follow the payment processor’s dispute procedures.

6. Allergens & Food Safety

• Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including shellfish, fish, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and gluten.

• We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• Customers are responsible for notifying staff of allergies before ordering.

• Zingo’s Cove is not liable for allergic reactions or related health issues.

7. Third-Party Platforms (Including Toast)

• Zingo’s Cove may use third-party platforms to facilitate online ordering and payment processing.

• These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

• Zingo’s Cove is responsible for food preparation and fulfillment.

• Third-party platforms are not responsible for food quality, allergens, or service issues.

8. Catering & Events

Catering services are subject to a separate Catering Agreement, including deposit, cancellation, and service terms.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, abusive behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and menu descriptions are the property of Zingo’s Cove and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law:

• Zingo’s Cove is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the food or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Denton County, Texas.
